Starting a New JOAD Club

Where to Begin?
Archery is a very popular life sport that attracts many youth. It's easy to start a new JOAD Club, and there are many choices and options.

JOAD archers may shoot indoors or outdoors with recurve or compound bows. This leaves it open to shoot FITA, field or 3-D style.

Types of Clubs
Since JOAD archers get som many choices, it's possible to have a JOAD club as part of a 4-H club, a field archery NFAA club, an after-school club, or part of an existing adult archery club. JOAD archers can train and compete in Olympic-style recurve, field archery using compounds or 3-D events--all within their age division (see below) and ability.
